Tamarind Restaurant

Great place, great vibes on the beach. This 100% Halal restaurant located in Nusa Dua is one of the best restaurants in that area. Prices are very affordable. We thought it would be too expensive as it’s in a luxury hotel with beach view but we were surprised it is not that expensive comparing to Halal restaurants we tried in other areas. If you are coming to Nusa Dua even for activities you should definitely try this restaurant for lunch. We were here for Jetski and after we finished we came to this beautiful restaurant for lunch. If you are coming for dinner, consider booking before as it might get too busy.

Tamarind Mediterranean Brasserie is a true culinary paradise! The atmosphere is amazing – a cozy terrace with an ocean view, pleasant music, and a warm, welcoming vibe in every corner. The service is exceptional – attentive and friendly staff make sure your visit is perfect. The pizza is absolutely delicious, with thin crust, fresh ingredients, and rich flavor. The salads are just as impressive – fresh, crisp, and perfectly balanced with their dressings. Definitely one of the best places you’ll want to come back to again and again!

Tamarind Restaurant is a beautiful spot to enjoy a meal in Nusa Dua. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a design that feels both modern and natural at the same time. The food was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, with flavors that felt fresh and authentic. It is the kind of restaurant where you can linger over your meal without feeling rushed, simply enjoying the setting and the food. Everything we ordered was flavorful and satisfying, making it one of those places we would happily return to again.

AMAZING. My only downside is I’m addicted and I keep coming back and spending all my money, well worth it if you enjoy Medeteranian/italian style dishes. I’m a vegetarian and although Indonesian dishes do incorporate some great meat free options, it was great to see that Tamarind offered a very broad selection of meat free dishes. The barata is amazing. I got a barata starter on the first night and when I went back I got barata on a pizza. Can’t get enough. We’re not even staying at the resort but I’m already planning my 3rd and 4th visit. Tempted to go for both lunch and dinner in the same day.

Beautiful location on Nusa Dua Beach! The Bamboo hut is so cozy and impressive. Very friendly service and the food was yummy. We had burgers and a pizza only a few feet away from the ocean!

Atmosphere looks great but even we’re seated near the fan, there were mosquitoes that bit us. Service was ok but my coffee came late.

Great food, staff Sugi, Juni and Dipo very attentive and brought the food on time. Calamari salad starter was 10/10 produce super fresh and dressing light and well balanced, probably one of the top salads I’ve ever had. Beef steak and wagu beef cheeks cooked to perfection and melt in your mouth, desserts were light and super tasty, overall great experience and even brought out a complimentary birthday cake for my daughter! Great place and atmosphere!!

Had by-the-beach experience for our anniversary dinner. Great atmosphere with windy breeze. Attentive restaurant crew, and food was perfectly done with adequate portion. Service was quick too. Nice gesture with the complementary Chocolate Mousse!
